Vitamins help our bodies grow and develop normally. The best way to get enough vitamins is to eat a balanced diet with a variety of foods. Knowing about the different types and what they do can help to make sure the body gets enough for overall wellness. They are nutrients that the human body needs to function and fight off disease. The body cannot produce vitamins on its own, so they must be acquired through food or supplements. There are 13 that are essential to the human body in order to work well. They are used in many different ways inside your body.
